General Health, Happiness, Energy & Longevity
Many of my clients care about the way they eat and how they feel but don’t have any super specific goals related to food, besides to eat as well, and feel as well as possible. They prefer to exclude weight from the conversation, which I fully support. I’m happy to take a look at the way you eat, how you think and feel about food, and help you towards a better overall dietary pattern which will improve your health and happiness in the long term.
It is a common experience to face challenges when trying to improve the aspects that have been previously highlighted to you, such as sleep, stress management, and vegetable consumption. This is where my expertise becomes indispensable – to assist you in uncovering the WHYs and HOWs behind these areas, while providing the essential individualised support and guidance throughout your journey. I firmly believe that genuine habit change requires a few fundamental elements, including understanding the underlying motivations, tailoring strategies to suit individual circumstances, and providing consistent support throughout the process.
There are more vegans and vegetarians today than ever before. Are you thinking of going vegan? Is your child? When done correctly, this eating style tends to be associated with a reduced risk of disease, better health outcomes and lower body weight. Being a truly healthy vegan, however, requires more than just giving up animal products. Vegans need an above average understanding of nutrients and dietary balance to ensure they don’t miss out on anything. Fortunately, I can help.
Weight Management
Weight management encompasses far more than simply monitoring calories in and calories out or relying solely on the scale as a measure of progress.
It entails a comprehensive evaluation of an individual across a diverse range of factors that shape their overall well-being. This includes considering their current health status, past eating habits, and numerous other relevant aspects that contribute to their unique makeup.
If you’ve grown weary of the endless cycle of diets, it becomes clear that the traditional approach of calorie restriction falls short in delivering sustainable results. It is imperative for the sake of your physical well-being and mental health that we break free from the detrimental “diet culture” and embrace a fresh perspective. Do you find yourself feeling trapped amidst conflicting information and doubting your food choices? Are you stuck in a cycle of hopping from one diet to another? Does your relationship with food lean towards the negative side, with thoughts of dieting, food, and body image occupying your mind? If you’re tired of investing a fortune in ineffective and gimmicky weight loss programs that force you into ill-fitting plans, neglecting your unique identity and lifestyle, then it’s time for a change.
I take great pride in providing my clients with customised care at affordable prices. No peculiar gimmicks or unsustainable strategies are required.
Gut Health & Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
The prevalence of gut problems has increased, encompassing issues like constipation, acid refluxes, diverticulitis, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), among others. IBS refers to a range of gut symptoms that cannot be attributed to other diseases. It leads to unpredictable symptoms that vary from person to person and even within the same individual at different times, particularly in relation to stress, travel, and the menstrual cycle. Common symptoms include diarrhoea, constipation, bloating, abdominal pain, cramping, and flatulence. IBS is categorised into different types based on the predominant symptom: IBS-D (diarrhoea), IBS-C (constipation), IBS-M (mixed), and IBS-U (unspecified).
Diagnosing IBS involves ruling out other gastrointestinal conditions. While the exact cause remains unclear, factors such as childhood trauma, stress, diet, and gut bacteria imbalance may contribute to its development. Although there is no cure, symptoms can be managed through dietary and lifestyle strategies. I specialise in the low FODMAP diet, which has proven effective in alleviating symptoms for many individuals with IBS and other functional gut issues. My personalised guidance and support empower women to take charge of their gut health and regain control over their well-being.
Menopause (and perimenopause); Fertility, POCS.
Taking care of your health with a focus on female needs is crucial throughout your life. While we often become aware of specific issues only when they arise, it’s never too late to make improvements, even during menopause. The symptoms associated with changing hormone levels can feel overwhelming and unpredictable.

Looking at the nutritional needs in health and sickness, whether you are looking after a relative who needs specific nutritional focus due to a health condition or simply help with diet for older people, or if looking to improve the quality of meals for the whole family, without the conviction: you need to cook different meals for each and one of them.
My understanding of diverse needs within the context of family dynamics is derived from my professional experience working with multicultural families in inner London. Additionally, being a part of a multicultural family myself has provided valuable insights into different cultural values and perspectives. Having immersed myself in British culture for several years, I have developed a broader understanding of the unique dynamics that influence families from various backgrounds.
